JOB OPPORTUNITY – Manager – Social Media We have the following opening with one of our clients, a Digital Media company for their Hyderabad office. Location: Hyderabad Package offered: Attractive package, commensurate with qualification and experience. Not a constraint for the right candidate. Present package should be between 6 LPA & 8 LPA. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field. MBA is a preference. • Proven 6 to 8 yrs experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in the Media / Real Estate / IT Services industry. • Proficiency in using social media management and marketing automation tools. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Creative thinking and a strong aptitude for problem-solving. • In-depth understanding Media / Real Estate / IT Services ecosystem. • Strong creativity and ability to generate engaging content. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and data-driven decision-making. • Ability to stay updated on social media trends and emerging platforms. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Job Description: • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our brand goals and target audience. • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the success of social media campaigns. • Coordinate with the content team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all platforms. • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. • Identify and leverage opportunities for social media partnerships and collaborations within the block chain and crypto currency industry. • Collaborate with influencers and thought leaders to expand our social reach. • Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive user engagement and growth. • Monitor social media analytics and provide regular reports on the performance of social media campaigns. • Use data insights to optimize strategies and enhance the impact of social media efforts. • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging tools to ensure our digital marketing tactics remain competitive.
