JOB OPPORTUNITY – Content Editor We have the following opening with one of our clients, a Digital Media company for their @ Nanakramguda, Financial Dist., Hyderabad office. Package offered: Attractive package. Not a constraint for the right candidate. Present package should be between 4 LPA & 6 LPA. Qualifications: ? Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field. • An experienced reporter / editor with 5-10 years of experience editing news. • Adept at performing quickly under pressure as they work with reporters and news editors to produce compelling stories. • An individual who has a strong background in editing, preferably company news, with an eye for detail and the ability to simplify and explain often-complex material. • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Able to communicate and work with the relevant team to ensure that content is published in a timely manner. Job Overview: We are looking for a Desk Editor with exceptional editing skills and news judgment to produce high-quality, engaging, and timely news articles. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about news and have a keen eye for stories that resonate with our audience. Responsibilities: Edit and proofread news stories for grammar, punctuation, clarity, and consistency. • Ensure news stories have context and actionable content with sharp headlines and overall lively writing. • Ensure that news stories meet The HANS India / BIZZBUZZ standards for accuracy, speed, and balance. • Ensure correct tone, voice, clarity, flow, and structure of content. • Stay updated on current events, trends, news, & current affairs. • Meet deadlines consistently and manage workload effectively to ensure timely delivery of articles.
